Manoasha Foundation is a not-for-profit organization It’s registered as Limited by share for pre-defined objects or activity Education, Health and Social Work. It was set up in the year 2020 to meet the cardinal goals of poverty alleviation, women empowerment and Inclusive Growth, aimed at enabling and providing livelihood opportunities to underprivileged youth.
There is an entire suite of development programs which are aimed at bringing about holistic transformation in the underprivileged community. The organization works closely with people who live in the lowest echelons of the social system for their socio-economic progress. It constantly tries to broad base its scope of services and minimize areas of income leakage in the underprivileged families.

More than 75 percent of new entrants to the workforce in our country have no opportunity for skill training. In this scenario, you’re shaping the workforce of tomorrow—today. I thereby appreciate the initiatives taken by MANOASHA AXIS TRAINING CENTER FOR SKILLS, whose focus is on creating employment opportunities by providing vocational skills training to our unemployed less directed youth of rural areas of Bihar.
